Contemporary Walnut and Rattan Wall-Mounted Cabinet

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a wall-mounted cabinet crafted from rich walnut wood with detailed woven rattan door panels. The cabinet presents a clean, rectangular silhouette suitable for compact storage applications. Its primary structure is finished in a warm, dark-toned walnut veneer, highlighting natural grain patterns. The front elevation consists of two doors featuring intricate, fine-mesh rattan inserts, providing a textural contrast to the solid timber frame. A semi-circular cut-out detail serves as an integrated handle mechanism at the top center of the doors. Below the main enclosed storage section, an open shelf provides additional display space, maintaining the unit's minimalist aesthetic through functional, balanced proportions.

The download is a 2.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is structured with distinct object layers to facilitate easy material assignment or modification. The rattan texture is mapped to preserve its specific weave scale, while the walnut wood utilizes standard procedural or bitmap shaders. Users should ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned to the rear face for efficient wall-mounting placement. The model is optimized for high-quality visualization, allowing for seamless integration into interior scenes through standard merging workflows and light-bouncing material setups.
