About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sectional sofa set features a two-tone leather and fabric finish, paired with integrated side tables and a floor lamp. The sectional sofa features a low-profile frame upholstered in vibrant orange leather, contrasted by plush, off-white fabric seat and back cushions. It includes a modular configuration with deep seating and a collection of scatter cushions in complementary tones of brown, grey, and orange. The set is accessorised with two slender metal side tables, one featuring a marble-style top, and a minimalist floor lamp with a drum shade. The sofa sits on thin, dark metal legs, providing a lightweight aesthetic despite its generous proportions and comfortable, soft-edged silhouette.

The download is a 13 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the sofa, cushions, and accessory tables. Users can quickly adjust the seat cushion textures or swap the scatter cushion fabric patterns to match specific interior schemes. The metallic components are assigned distinct material IDs, allowing for straightforward shader adjustments. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base for seamless placement within floor plans, and utilise the included light and table objects to populate the surrounding lounge area efficiently.

This sectional is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, modern hotel lobbies, or luxury lounge areas where a statement piece is required. Its modular aesthetic pairs well with minimalist rugs and polished concrete or timber flooring. Designers often specify this for open-plan layouts, using the sectional to define seating zones.
