About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a walnut slab table with a metal frame and matching upholstered chairs. This dining set comprises a rectangular dining table and six matching chairs, presented as a cohesive furniture collection. The table showcases a pronounced walnut wood grain with a warm, natural finish, supported by a minimalist black metal frame. The six chairs feature a streamlined profile with fully upholstered seats and backrests in a dark grey, textured fabric. The design is balanced and functional, with clean lines that suit modern interiors. Included in the set are decorative accessories, specifically a vase and table settings, which complement the overall aesthetic of the composition.

The download is a 15.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can integrate this 3ds Max model into scene files using standard merge commands. The assets are organized by object type, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of materials or pivot points. The textures are mapped to maintain the walnut grain orientation, and the metal elements utilize standard reflectivity parameters. When populating a dining room, ensure the table is centered within the space and that chairs are correctly aligned to the geometry of the table legs for a natural, lived-in arrangement.

This dining set is ideal for contemporary residential dining rooms, high-end restaurant interiors, or hospitality lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist pendant lighting, as shown in the composition, and works effectively in open-plan living spaces. Designers and visualisers searching for refined, ready-to-use dining furniture will find this set suitable for mid-to-high-end project renders. It provides a balanced aesthetic for both formal dining environments and casual, modern living spaces where a warm, organic wood texture is required to soften the overall interior palette.
