The download is a 57.2 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate these 3ds Max assets into their scenes by merging them as individual objects. The models are organized with logical layer structures, allowing for easy selection and material modification. Users should verify that texture paths are correctly mapped upon import to ensure the fabric and velvet shaders render accurately. The clean geometry supports efficient viewport performance while maintaining the high fidelity required for detailed architectural visualisations and interior design presentations.

These pieces are ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, and executive lounge areas. The varied styles allow for flexible staging, from pairing the curved sofa with the swivel chair for a conversation zone to using the ottoman as a versatile footrest or occasional seat. Designers searching for high-quality, modern furniture assets will find these models effective for establishing a sophisticated atmosphere in contemporary interior projects. They pair seamlessly with minimalist side tables and textured rugs to complete a curated look.
