Contemporary Teal Velvet Living Room Seating Set

This contemporary 3ds Max living room set features a teal velvet sofa and matching armchair with decorative metal latticework detailing. The collection comprises a three-seater sofa, a single armchair, a square coffee table, and a three-blade ceiling fan. Both seating pieces are upholstered in a deep teal velvet, supported by a black metal frame featuring an intricate geometric lattice pattern on the side panels and gold-finished feet. The sofa is accessorised with a mix of solid and patterned cushions. The coffee table features a minimalist black frame with a glass top. Every element is designed with clean, sharp lines, creating a sophisticated look suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge interiors.

The download is a 41.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection of individual components. The velvet material uses a standard shader setup, making it straightforward to adjust the colour or reflection intensity within the material editor. Users can merge this collection into larger scenes by grouping the objects to maintain proper spacing. The ceiling fan is provided as a separate object, which can be easily parented to a ceiling geometry or placed independently to suit the specific room height.

This furniture set is ideal for staging luxury living rooms, formal sitting areas, or hotel lobby vignettes. Its refined aesthetic pairs well with dark wood flooring, metallic accents, and neutral wall tones. Designers often search for these pieces when specifying high-end residential projects or professional hospitality spaces. The combination of the teal velvet and the geometric metal frame provides a strong focal point, making it a versatile choice for both modern and eclectic interior design schemes that require a touch of elegance.
