Contemporary Teal Fabric L-Shaped Sofa with Ottoman and Coffee Table

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a teal fabric L-shaped sofa, a matching ottoman, and a round light wood coffee table. This sectional sofa set comprises a three-seater sofa section and a standalone ottoman that functions as a chaise extension or footrest. The upholstery is a textured teal fabric, complemented by a selection of scatter cushions in mustard yellow, grey, and a geometric print. The frame sits on slim, tapered black legs. Accompanying the seating is a small, circular coffee table crafted from light-toned wood, featuring a distinctive cross-base design. The clean lines and compact proportions make this a versatile set for modern interior layouts, balancing comfort with a structured, minimalist aesthetic.

Utilise this 3ds Max model by merging the file into your scene and positioning the pivot points for easy placement. The sofa and table are grouped for simple manipulation, though elements can be ungrouped to adjust the configuration. Ensure the fabric textures are correctly mapped using the provided UVW coordinates. For lighting, consider using an HDRI map to capture the soft highlights on the fabric and the natural grain of the wood table, ensuring consistent environmental reflections across all surfaces.

This set is suited for residential living room projects, small apartment designs, or contemporary lounge areas in hospitality settings. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments or bold accent walls that highlight the teal upholstery. Architects and interior designers often search for these modular configurations when planning flexible open-plan spaces. It works effectively in both staged interior visualisations and detailed furniture schedules, providing a realistic representation of common contemporary seating arrangements for clients and project stakeholders.
