Contemporary Tan Leather Sofa with Coffee Table Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a tan leather sofa, wooden coffee table, two ottomans, rug, and pendant light. This curated furniture arrangement comprises a three-seater sofa upholstered in tan leather with sleek, tapered timber legs. Accompanying the seating is a substantial light-wood coffee table with a central recessed storage area, paired with two matching leather ottomans. A low-profile, rectangular pendant lighting fixture with multiple suspended glass droplets provides a striking vertical element. The entire collection rests on a neutral-toned area rug, creating a cohesive lounge environment. Each piece exhibits clean lines and balanced proportions, suitable for modern interior compositions requiring a warm, tactile aesthetic and functional, multi-piece seating configuration.

The download is a 65.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy placement and modification within your scene. Use the outliner to manage individual items like the lighting fixture or ottomans independently. The textures are mapped for realistic material representation, which can be further refined using standard material editors or render plugins. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to maintain project file cleanliness and facilitate quick toggling during the design development phases.
