The download is a 253 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this sofa into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your master project file, ensuring the scale is checked against your room dimensions. The leather material nodes should be adjusted to suit the specific lighting conditions of your interior setup. Manage the cushions as separate sub-objects if you need to adjust their placement or rotation for a more natural, lived-in look. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base for easy alignment with floor surfaces.

This sectional sofa is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, modern apartment lounges, or boutique hotel lobby waiting areas.
