Contemporary Tan Leather Modular Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular tan leather sofa, accent armchair, coffee table, and rug. The primary focus is a low-profile modular sofa upholstered in tan leather, configured with a right-hand chaise section. It is accompanied by a modern two-tone swivel armchair with a black shell and white seat cushion. The central square coffee table features a white top on a black pedestal base. A textured black and white rug grounds the arrangement. The set includes scatter cushions in both leather and white fabric, a minimalist floor lamp, a multi-globe pendant light, and wall-mounted artwork, creating a cohesive, fully dressed interior vignette suitable for immediate project integration.

The download is a 36.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users should place the entire scene as a single component and use the explode command if individual furniture assets are required for separate layouts. Material textures are applied to standard faces; verify texture mapping after scaling to ensure consistent grain and fabric patterns. The lighting elements are modelled as geometric proxies; consider replacing these with native light source components if performing high-end visualisations within the host application.

This comprehensive furniture set is ideal for residential interior design visualisations, including open-plan living areas, apartments, and luxury lounge spaces. It also functions well in hospitality projects such as boutique hotel lobbies or waiting areas. Designers can use this asset to quickly populate floor plans or create high-quality render-ready scenes. Search for 'modular leather seating', 'contemporary living room set', or 'modern lounge furniture' to find similar configurations for your project requirements in both residential and commercial sectors.
