About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a tan leather lounge chair, rustic wood coffee table, and matching accessories. The scene comprises a contemporary lounge chair upholstered in tan leather with a curved backrest, set alongside a circular coffee table crafted from weathered timber planks. Completing the arrangement is a dark brown fabric pouf, a geometric grey patterned rug, and a tall floor lamp with a cylindrical glass shade on a slender black metal frame. Each element is scaled to function as a cohesive seating vignette. The textures are distinct, contrasting the smooth, matte finish of the leather with the grain of the wood and the soft, woven surface of the rug.

The download is a 45.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection of individual components. Users can merge the assembly into larger project files or isolate specific objects for different interior compositions. Materials are assigned to standard slots, facilitating quick adjustments to colours or textures to suit specific design palettes. The lighting setup is balanced for immediate use, though users may need to re-link texture paths depending on the local file structure to ensure all assets render correctly upon insertion.

This furniture arrangement is suitable for residential living room designs, hotel lobby seating areas, or high-end apartment staging. The neutral palette and varied textures make it a versatile addition to modern or transitional interiors. Professionals looking for pre-composed furniture sets will find this helpful for accelerating the visualisation process in architectural projects. Use this set when creating detailed floor plans or perspective renders where a curated, professional look is required for client presentations. It pairs well with minimalist decor or warm, textured interior schemes.
