About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a tan leather sofa, an upholstered armchair, and a marble coffee table. This comprehensive interior scene captures a sophisticated living area defined by a clean, modern aesthetic. The central element is a low-profile tan leather sofa, accented with dark grey throw pillows and a draped textile throw. To the left, a structured armchair in charcoal fabric provides a contrasting seating option. The arrangement is grounded by a sleek coffee table with a dark stone top and slender metal legs. The background includes vertical timber wall panelling and classic wall mouldings, creating a refined, layered environment suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel visualisations.

The download is a 68.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Use the layers panel to toggle visibility of individual decorative assets, such as the cushions or table accessories, to optimise viewport performance. Apply custom textures or adjust the existing materials within the SketchUp material editor to match your specific lighting environment. The model is scaled for architectural accuracy, allowing for seamless placement within larger floor plans or interior design layouts.

Ideal for residential projects, hospitality design, or showroom visualisations, this scene provides a complete, curated look for lounge areas. It pairs well with modern wall treatments, timber flooring, and minimalist shelving units. Professionals often search for this type of set when developing high-quality interior renders for client presentations or portfolio work. It serves as a versatile foundation for living room concepts, whether in luxury apartments, boutique hotels, or contemporary office breakout spaces, offering a balanced mix of textures and forms.
