The proportions are designed for intimate dining spaces, emphasising clean lines and refined material contrasts.

The download is a 3.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy separation of the table and individual chairs. Users can adjust the material reflectivity on the marble surface and metallic base to match specific lighting setups. The set is ready for insertion into architectural scenes; simply merge the file into your project and scale as required. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base for efficient placement on floor planes.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, boutique hotel suites, or upscale apartment renders, this set complements contemporary and luxury interior styles. It pairs effectively with minimalist lighting fixtures and neutral wall treatments. Professionals searching for a sophisticated, small-scale dining solution will find this asset suitable for kitchen-diner layouts or formal breakfast nooks. Its balanced design makes it a versatile choice for architectural projects requiring a polished, ready-to-use furniture arrangement that integrates seamlessly into high-quality visualisation workflows.
