The set comprises a modular L-shaped sofa finished in tan leather, featuring a chaise lounge section and a black metal frame base. A minimalist round white coffee table with slender legs and a large rectangular area rug with subtle geometric line detailing complete the arrangement, offering a balanced, modern aesthetic for interior layouts.

The download is a 112 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this set is best managed by placing the components on dedicated layers to facilitate easy toggling or modification of individual items. Use the 'Scale' tool to ensure the footprint aligns with your room dimensions, and apply high-resolution textures to the leather surfaces to maintain visual fidelity in close-up renders. The model is grouped logically, allowing for the quick extraction of the coffee table or armchair if only partial elements are required for a specific camera angle or floor plan.

This collection is suitable for residential living room designs, luxury hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas where a cohesive, furnished look is required. It integrates well into open-plan layouts, serving as a central focal point. Professionals often search for 'leather sectional sets', 'modern lounge furniture', or 'living room groupings' when sourcing assets for interior visualisation. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with various wall finishes and flooring materials, making it a versatile choice for contemporary architectural projects during the design development or presentation stages.
