Contemporary Tan Leather and Walnut Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a leather sofa, matching armchair, and a walnut coffee table with a rug. This cohesive living room furniture set comprises a three-seater sofa, a single-seat armchair, and a rectangular coffee table, all unified by a warm walnut frame. The seating components feature tan leather upholstery with structured, boxy wooden armrests and base frames. A low-profile coffee table with a slatted base design sits centrally, complemented by a large, rectangular area rug in a neutral white tone. A draped white throw blanket adds a soft texture to the sofa, contrasting with the solid wood and leather surfaces. The proportions are balanced, favouring clean, linear forms typical of modern domestic interiors.

The download is a 25.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model, import the component into your active scene and place it on your floor plane. The set is organised as distinct groups, allowing you to reposition the armchair or coffee table independently to suit your layout. Ensure your textures are correctly mapped by checking the material editor, and use the scale tool to adjust the overall dimensions if your project requires specific sizing. Lighting should be set up to highlight the leather sheen and the natural grain of the walnut.

Ideal for residential lounge areas, hotel lobbies, and high-end waiting rooms, this set provides a polished, ready-to-use arrangement for architectural visualisations. It pairs well with minimalist or mid-century modern interior schemes, adding warmth through its natural timber and leather palette. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, living room sets, or cohesive seating arrangements will find this model useful for quickly populating interior scenes during the design development or presentation stages of a project. It serves as a focal point for any contemporary living room design.
