Contemporary Tan Leather and Houndstooth Armchair with Side Table

This 3ds Max armchair set features a tan leather frame with houndstooth upholstery and a matching minimalist metal side table. This contemporary armchair set pairs a structured tan leather frame with soft, houndstooth-patterned fabric cushions. The chair features an open-sided design with a deep, cushioned seat and a supportive backrest, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated profile. Included is a minimalist side table, which complements the armchair with its slender white metal base and a dark, circular top. The combination of tactile leather and patterned fabric offers a refined material contrast, making this set suitable for modern interior compositions where both comfort and aesthetic clarity are prioritised for lounge or reception areas.

The download is a 25.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, the assets are organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation. Users can apply custom fabric textures to the cushions or adjust the leather finish using standard material editors. The models are scaled for immediate placement into architectural scenes, allowing for quick integration into interior renders. Proper pivot points are established for the chair and table, ensuring efficient positioning and alignment against walls or within furniture groupings during the layout phase of project development.
