Contemporary Tan Leather 3-Seater Sofa with Plaid Cushions

This contemporary 3-seater sofa 3ds Max model features tan leather upholstery, complemented by patterned plaid cushions and a matching table set. This 3-seater sofa features a clean-lined, contemporary profile with deep seat cushions and slightly flared armrests. The primary upholstery is finished in a warm tan leather. The set is accessorised with four scatter cushions in varying black, white, and tan plaid patterns. Accompanying the sofa is a living room arrangement consisting of a round marble-topped coffee table, a smaller circular side table with a dark finish, and a large, high-pile grey shag rug. The proportions are balanced for standard residential lounge applications, providing a cohesive aesthetic for modern interior schemes.

The download is a 36.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max scene, ensure the textures and material definitions are correctly mapped within your preferred render engine. The objects are grouped for ease of placement; consider ungrouping or collapsing the stack if you need to adjust the individual coffee tables or reposition the cushions for a more natural, lived-in composition. Use the provided scale as a reference to adjust your floor plan layout, paying attention to the collision bounds of the rug and table legs.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set works well in contemporary apartments or upscale hotel lobby lounge areas. It pairs naturally with neutral wall palettes, timber flooring, or polished concrete finishes. Designers searching for a complete furniture grouping will find this useful for rapid prototyping in early-stage interior design projects. Use terms like 'modern lounge set', 'leather sofa arrangement', or 'living room furniture' when sourcing assets for high-end residential renders where a curated, comfortable aesthetic is the primary design goal.
