About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa in tan leather is a SketchUp model featuring integrated throw cushions and a draped fabric throw. This 3-seater sofa features a clean-lined, contemporary silhouette with substantial square arms and a low-profile backrest. The upholstery is finished in a warm tan leather with subtle piping details along the seams. Included in the composition are six decorative cushions in varying textures of grey and beige fabric, alongside a draped throw blanket that adds a casual, lived-in aesthetic. The seat is comprised of two long, deep cushions that span the width of the piece, providing a balanced, structured form suitable for modern interior settings that require a sophisticated yet comfortable focal point.

The download is a 50.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working with this SketchUp model, ensure the object is placed on the floor plane using the move tool and scale it according to your project requirements. The file uses grouped geometry, allowing for easy material assignment or modification of the individual cushion and blanket components. For optimal performance in large scenes, manage the high-detail geometry by placing the model on a dedicated layer, which helps maintain viewport responsiveness during the design and development phases of your architectural or interior visualisation project.

This sofa is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and ambient floor lighting. Designers often search for this type of asset when looking for a neutral, versatile seating solution that anchors a space without overwhelming the design scheme. It is suitable for use in conceptual renders, final presentation imagery, or detailed interior documentation where a realistic, comfortable seating arrangement is required to communicate the intended scale and mood.
