In 3ds Max, this model is structured with clear object separation, allowing for easy placement and material adjustments. Users should import the file as a grouped assembly or merge individual components into their scene layer. The materials are mapped for standard render workflows, and the modular nature of the pieces facilitates quick re-configuration to suit different floor plans. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane during insertion to maintain accurate scale within the broader architectural model.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, luxury hotel suites, or expansive executive lounge areas, this sectional provides a balanced, functional seating solution. It pairs well with minimalist interior palettes, polished concrete or hardwood flooring, and large-scale area rugs. Designers looking for a refined, modern aesthetic will find this set effective for staging contemporary open-plan spaces, where the integrated marble surfaces add a touch of materiality and utility that elevates the standard sofa arrangement for client presentations and high-fidelity interior visualisations.
