About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set for 3ds Max features tan leather upholstery and includes a paired coffee table, rug, and artwork. This contemporary living room set is anchored by a low-profile 3-seater sofa upholstered in tan leather, featuring clean, blocky proportions and wide armrests. Included in the composition are two circular coffee tables with metallic tops and cylindrical stone-look bases, a textured grey area rug, and a large-scale framed abstract artwork. Two scatter cushions in contrasting shades of grey provide a subtle textural break against the leather. The overall aesthetic is grounded and minimalist, focusing on a neutral colour palette and high-contrast material finishes suitable for refined modern interiors.

The download is a 65.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max file directly into their scene, ensuring that the leather and metallic material shaders are assigned to the correct objects. The sofa and tables are grouped for easy placement and scaling within architectural floor plans. It is recommended to check the texture mapping on the leather surfaces after resizing. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the metallic reflections on the coffee tables and the soft, organic texture of the area rug to achieve a photorealistic result.

This furniture set is ideal for staging residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, and contemporary office breakout areas. It pairs well with minimalist interior schemes, high-end apartment visualisations, and open-plan layouts that require a cohesive focal point. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, leather seating, or complete living room sets will find this asset useful for mid-to-late stage design presentations where material quality and clean, modern silhouettes are essential to communicate the intended atmosphere of the space.
