About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge chair features a red quilted fabric upholstery supported by a slender tubular metal frame. Designed with a focus on geometric comfort, this lounge chair features a continuous tubular metal frame finished in a matching deep red tone. The seat and backrest are enveloped in a quilted fabric cover, providing a textured aesthetic and soft support. A contrasting lumbar cushion, patterned with a subtle geometric motif in off-white and red, adds visual interest and ergonomic comfort. The construction is streamlined, with the fabric slung over the frame and secured with side fasteners, creating a clean silhouette suitable for modern living spaces or boutique hotel lobby areas.

In 3ds Max, this lounge chair is structured as a single editable mesh or poly object, making it straightforward to integrate into scenes via merging. Users should ensure the object is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility efficiently. Textures are applied using standard material slots, allowing for easy adjustment of fabric bump maps or metal reflectivity settings to match specific lighting environments. Pivot points are typically set at the base for accurate floor-level placement within interior arrangements.

This lounge chair serves as an excellent accent piece in residential living rooms, reading nooks, or sophisticated office breakout zones. It pairs well with minimalist side tables or neutral area rugs to balance its vibrant red hue. Designers often search for this type of modern seating when specifying furniture for boutique hospitality projects or contemporary apartment schemes where a balance of comfort and industrial-inspired design is required. It is an ideal choice for adding a pop of colour to monochromatic interior palettes.
