Contemporary Red Fabric L-Shaped Sectional Sofa

This contemporary red fabric sectional sofa 3ds Max model features a low-profile base and a clean, modular L-shaped configuration. Defined by its bold, monochromatic red upholstery, this L-shaped sectional sofa presents a minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The design consists of a main seating section paired with an integrated chaise longue, both resting on a dark, low-profile timber base that creates a floating visual effect. The cushions are deep and generously proportioned, with rounded corners that soften the overall geometric silhouette. The fabric appears consistent across all surfaces, providing a tactile, uniform finish. This piece is a versatile choice for open-plan living areas, offering a cohesive look with its simple, clean-lined structural form.

The download is a 2.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the base is aligned to the floor plane for correct scale. The geometry is organised to allow for straightforward material adjustments, enabling designers to swap the red fabric for alternative textures or colours to suit specific project palettes. Users should check the pivot points for easy placement against walls or within room layouts. Standard lighting setups, such as a V-Ray or Corona dome light with an HDRI, will effectively highlight the texture of the fabric upholstery.
