Contemporary Patterned Fabric Rug Set of Eight

This contemporary set of eight fabric rugs for SketchUp features diverse geometric and abstract patterns in rectangular and circular forms. This collection comprises eight distinct area rugs, showcasing a variety of contemporary graphic designs. The set includes six rectangular rugs and two circular rugs, each finished with unique, high-contrast patterns ranging from linear stripes and wave motifs to bold geometric blocks. The colour palette is sophisticated, utilising a mix of deep blues, charcoal greys, and warm neutral beiges. These pieces are designed as flat, low-profile floor coverings, providing essential texture and visual interest to interior scenes without excessive geometry, making them highly efficient for architectural visualisation projects requiring varied floor styling options.

The download is a 10.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 8 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are best utilised as flat components placed directly onto floor surfaces. Users can easily swap textures or scale the individual rug components to suit specific room dimensions. The assets are organised as separate entities within the file, allowing for quick selection and placement. For optimal rendering results, ensure the rug faces are offset slightly above the floor plane to prevent z-fighting, and apply appropriate material bump mapping to simulate the textile weave.
