About this asset

This contemporary 4-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a dark wood table and four quilted velvet chairs in pastel pink and teal. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with a dark, textured wood-grain top supported by a slim, angular metal frame. The four accompanying chairs feature a distinctive contemporary profile, characterized by a rounded, cut-out backrest design. Each chair is fully upholstered in quilted velvet, alternating between soft pastel pink and muted teal colourways. The chairs are elevated on slender, tapered metal legs that mirror the structural aesthetic of the table base. A small decorative gold lantern accessory is included as part of the scene composition, adding a refined accent to the overall ensemble.

The download is a 17.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene and ensure the geometry is scaled to your floor plan. The chairs and table are typically grouped for easy placement, but consider ungrouping to adjust the chair positions around the table. Apply your preferred materials to the existing UV maps if customisation is required, and use standard lighting setups to highlight the quilted texture of the velvet fabric and the dark wood grain of the table surface.

Ideal for modern residential dining rooms, boutique café interiors, or upscale hospitality spaces, this set provides a balanced contrast between the dark, grounded table and the vibrant, soft-touch seating. It works well in projects requiring a touch of contemporary colour and geometric interest.
