About this asset

This contemporary olive velvet upholstered ottoman for 3ds Max features a clean rectangular profile with subtle piping details. Designed with a focus on simplicity and comfort, this rectangular ottoman is fully upholstered in a textured olive-toned velvet fabric. Below the main body, the structure is supported by four low-profile wooden feet in a warm brown finish, which provide a slight elevation. The proportions are balanced, making it a versatile piece for various interior settings. Its compact form and soft textile finish offer both tactile appeal and functional utility as a footrest or occasional seating solution.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the object is placed on a level plane to align the wooden feet correctly with the floor surface. The velvet material should be managed via the material editor, where you can adjust the diffuse and bump maps to suit specific lighting conditions. It is recommended to use an instance if multiple units are required to maintain scene efficiency. Check the pivot point at the base to facilitate easy rotation and placement within your interior furniture layouts.

This ottoman works effectively in residential living rooms, boutique hotel suites, and quiet reading corners. It pairs well with lounge chairs or as an extension to a sofa set, providing a flexible seating option that does not overwhelm the space. Professionals often search for this type of asset when detailing high-end residential interiors, hospitality lobbies, or staging projects where a pop of muted green colour is required. Its understated design ensures it complements both modern and transitional interior styles without competing for visual attention.
