About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa is a 3ds Max model featuring off-white quilted leather upholstery and contrasting charcoal accent cushions. This three-seater sofa presents a clean, linear silhouette defined by its distinctive quilted leather upholstery across the seat and backrest cushions. The frame is low-profile with integrated armrests that maintain the boxy, contemporary aesthetic. Finished in a neutral off-white tone, the piece includes a set of plush, dark charcoal scatter cushions that provide a tactile and visual contrast to the patterned leather surface. The construction suggests a modular design, with clear seams separating the three seating sections, ensuring a balanced and structured appearance suitable for modern interior compositions.

The download is a 24.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of the sofa and individual cushions. Users should ensure the scale is verified against the project units before placement. The materials are mapped with appropriate tiling for the quilted texture, which can be adjusted via the material editor to suit specific lighting conditions. Standard pivot points are located at the base, facilitating quick alignment against walls or within furniture arrangements in the scene.

Ideally suited for high-end residential living rooms or luxury hotel lobby lounge areas, this sofa acts as a primary focal point. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and sleek floor lamps. Designers searching for professional-grade seating assets will find this suitable for both conceptual renders and detailed interior visualisations. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with various colour schemes, making it a versatile choice for modern, contemporary, or transitional design projects where comfort and clean lines are prioritised.
