About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa is a 3ds Max model featuring off-white leather upholstery set against a dark wood frame with decorative cushions. Defined by clean lines and a structured silhouette, this 3-seater sofa features off-white leather upholstery across its seat and backrests. The frame is constructed from dark wood, providing a sharp contrast to the light seating surfaces. The piece includes a curated selection of cushions in varying sizes and textures, including deep blue floral-patterned bolsters and solid-toned square pillows. The sofa maintains a formal, linear aesthetic, with integrated armrests that curve gently inward. This assembly offers a balanced look suitable for high-end interior compositions requiring a refined, modern seating solution.

The download is a 6.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed via a clean layer structure, allowing for the independent selection of the main frame and individual cushion assets. Users should confirm that texture paths are mapped correctly upon merging the file into a scene. The material definitions are optimized for standard rendering workflows, requiring only minor adjustments to reflect light intensity or bump map depth based on the specific project environment and lighting setup.

This sofa is ideal for formal living areas, upscale hotel lobbies, or executive lounges where a sophisticated, structured aesthetic is desired. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables and neutral area rugs to anchor a seating group. Designers often search for this type of asset when specifying luxury residential furniture or staging contemporary apartment interiors. Its neutral palette allows it to integrate seamlessly into diverse colour schemes, while the detailed cushion set adds a layer of visual interest and comfort to the composition.
