About this asset

A contemporary modular lounge scene for SketchUp featuring an off-white fabric sectional sofa, two brown armchairs, and lighting. This comprehensive interior scene comprises a large modular sofa with a deep, grid-tufted upholstery in a neutral off-white fabric. The sofa configuration includes a chaise section, accented by contrasting brown and yellow scatter cushions. Complementing the seating are two mid-century inspired armchairs with warm brown fabric upholstery and tapered timber legs. A low-profile coffee table sits at the centre, accompanied by a cluster of circular pendant luminaires suspended above. The entire arrangement is grounded by a textured grey area rug, providing a cohesive layout suitable for high-end residential living spaces.

The download is a 33.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a comprehensive SketchUp component, this scene is structured for efficient placement within architectural models. Users should import the file as a single component or group to maintain the spatial relationship between the sofa, armchairs, and lighting. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy material adjustments or the isolation of individual furniture items. For rendering, ensure that texture mapping is verified after scaling to maintain the integrity of the fabric patterns across the modular segments.

This lounge arrangement is ideal for residential living room visualisations, hotel lobby concepts, or luxury apartment staging. It works well in contemporary or transitional interior design projects where a balanced, social seating area is required. Professionals can use this set to quickly populate floor plans or interior elevations, pairing it with neutral wall finishes and minimalist decor.
