About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features an L-shaped sectional sofa in grey fabric, paired with a dark-topped coffee table and rug. This sectional sofa set features a clean-lined L-shaped configuration upholstered in a textured grey fabric. The sofa rests on dark wood-finished legs, providing a subtle contrast. Accompanying the seating is a low-profile coffee table with a dark, rich-toned surface supported by a white minimalist metal frame. A neutral, light-toned area rug anchors the grouping, while the scene is completed by a decorative pendant light with a distinct spiral-form illuminated element. The arrangement includes scatter cushions in white and patterned tones, creating a balanced and cohesive composition for interior design applications.

The download is a 31.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp model into a project, treat the components as a nested group or component set for easy manipulation. Users can adjust the overall placement within the scene or isolate the sofa for individual use by exploding the top-level group. Ensure the texture maps are correctly path-linked within the materials browser to maintain the fabric and wood finishes. For rendering, apply appropriate light-emitting properties to the pendant fixture to achieve the desired ambient illumination within your architectural model.

This sectional sofa arrangement is suitable for residential living room designs, luxury apartments, and boutique hotel lounge areas. It works well in projects requiring a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Designers can incorporate this asset into early-stage concept visualisations or final rendered presentations to demonstrate spatial flow and furniture scale. The neutral colour palette allows it to pair seamlessly with various flooring types, wall finishes, and accent decor, making it a versatile addition to any comprehensive interior design library.
