About this asset

This contemporary off-white fabric modular 3-seater sofa for SketchUp features a sleek, low-profile silhouette with deep cushions. This contemporary modular sofa is defined by its clean, linear aesthetic and low-slung proportions. It is upholstered in a textured off-white fabric that covers the frame and the deep, structured seat cushions. The design includes wide, flat armrests and a low backrest, creating a balanced, geometric profile. Several scatter cushions in varying sizes are included, providing a relaxed, layered appearance. The sofa is composed of three distinct modular sections joined to form a continuous, elongated seating arrangement, ideal for spacious interiors that require a refined yet comfortable focal point.

The download is an 18 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can easily integrate this SketchUp model by importing the file into an existing scene and positioning it using standard snap tools. The model is structured with logical component grouping, allowing for adjustments to the modular segments if necessary. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled within the SketchUp material editor to suit specific project requirements. It is recommended to place the sofa on a dedicated layer to maintain scene organisation during the design development process.

This piece is well-suited for modern living rooms, open-plan apartments, or high-end hotel lobbies where a minimalist, comfortable aesthetic is desired. It pairs effectively with low-profile coffee tables, neutral area rugs, and ambient floor lighting. Professionals searching for clean-lined, modular upholstery for residential or commercial interior design projects will find this model highly versatile. It serves as an excellent anchor for lounge areas, providing a sophisticated seating solution that complements a wide range of contemporary interior styles and colour palettes.
