About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features an off-white curved sofa, a lounge chair, and marble coffee tables in a curated set. This curated living area arrangement centers on a sculptural, curved sofa upholstered in a textured off-white fabric with vertical channel tufting. It is accompanied by a low-profile, tufted lounge chair in a neutral grey, providing a relaxed, informal seating dynamic. The centerpiece includes two circular coffee tables with distinct marble bases and tops, one smaller and one larger. A geometric-patterned rug anchors the entire grouping, while a slender floor lamp with a pleated shade and a decorative table lamp complete the ensemble. The composition balances soft, organic curves with solid, heavy stone elements.

The download is a 37.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is best utilized as a pre-composed block for rapid interior visualization. Users can import the model directly into their project, scaling the entire group to fit specific floor plans. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match project-specific colour palettes. Ensure layers are organized for efficient toggling between the individual furniture components if you wish to rearrange the layout or isolate the sofa for smaller space applications.

Ideal for residential living room designs, high-end hospitality lobbies, or boutique hotel suites, this furniture set provides a ready-made aesthetic for concept development or client presentations. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary architectural shells, particularly those featuring natural light and open-plan layouts. Professionals searching for 'curved sofa set', 'lounge seating arrangement', or 'modern living room furniture' will find this model effective for populating floor plans and generating quick, high-impact interior perspectives during the early stages of design development.
