Contemporary Off-White Fabric Armchair with Tapered Wood Legs

This contemporary off-white fabric armchair is a SketchUp model featuring a curved backrest and solid natural wood tapered legs. This compact armchair features a continuous, gently curved backrest that flows seamlessly into low-profile arms, creating a soft, inviting silhouette. The seat is deeply cushioned, upholstered in a clean off-white fabric that provides a neutral foundation for various interior palettes. It is supported by four short, tapered legs crafted from light natural wood, which adds a subtle organic warmth to the overall design. The proportions are balanced for lounge seating, offering a comfortable pitch that suits both formal reception areas and casual living spaces, while maintaining a minimalist and refined aesthetic throughout.

The download is a 840 KB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this armchair into a SketchUp scene, ensure the component axes are correctly aligned to the floor plane for efficient placement. The geometry is clean and well-structured, allowing for straightforward material application if custom textures are required. Users should manage the file size by utilizing the component instance feature when populating large areas, such as waiting rooms or open-plan lobbies. Applying a soft, ambient light source in your render setup will best highlight the fabric texture and the subtle wood grain on the feet.
