Contemporary Off-White Fabric Armchair with Patterned Cushion

This contemporary SketchUp armchair features a fully upholstered off-white fabric frame and a matching accent cushion for comfort. This contemporary armchair features a compact, tub-style silhouette with a deep, comfortable seat and integrated armrests that curve into the backrest. The entire structure is upholstered in a clean, off-white textured fabric that provides a neutral, versatile finish. It stands on four stout, squared-off legs, maintaining a stable and grounded profile. Included is a rectangular accent cushion, which adds visual interest with its subtle, monochromatic patterned detail. The proportions are balanced for lounge environments, offering a sophisticated yet minimalist aesthetic suitable for various interior design schemes, from modern apartments to upscale hotel lobbies.

The download is a 10.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into a clean component structure, allowing for easy placement and scaling. Users should check the model origin point and ensure it is set to the base of the legs for accurate positioning on floor planes. The fabric textures are mapped to standard UV coordinates, making it straightforward to replace the material with custom upholstery options using the SketchUp material editor. Layers are clearly defined, enabling users to toggle the visibility of the accent cushion independently during the rendering process.
