About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set for SketchUp features an off-white fabric upholstery and sleek metal legs, paired with nesting tables. This three-seater sofa features a clean, contemporary silhouette with slim, tapered metal legs and structured armrests. The upholstery is a neutral, off-white textured fabric, complemented by a pair of contrasting throw cushions. The set includes a pair of circular nesting coffee tables with dark metal frames and a large, textured area rug in muted earthy tones. The overall proportions are balanced, making it a versatile seating arrangement for modern interiors. The design prioritises comfort and simplicity, with well-defined cushions and a low-profile frame that maintains a light, airy aesthetic in any living space.

The download is a 31.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this file is best utilised as a component. Users can easily scale the sofa to fit specific room dimensions or swap the fabric textures using the materials panel to match a project's colour palette. The nesting tables and rug are grouped separately, allowing for flexible arrangement or individual placement. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for better scene management, and use the native shadow settings to test the depth of the cushions and the metallic finish of the legs.

This sofa set is ideal for residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas where a clean, modern look is required. It pairs well with minimalist interior designs, neutral colour schemes, and open-plan living arrangements. Professionals might search for this as a contemporary three-seater sofa, a living room furniture set, or a modern fabric lounge suite. It fits seamlessly into project stages ranging from initial concept visualisation to final interior design documentation and high-quality 3D renders for client presentations.
