About this asset

A contemporary SketchUp scene featuring a navy wedding backdrop with botanical illustrations, tiered stage, and floral arrangements. This event installation comprises a multi-layered, deep navy backdrop panel featuring prominent gold lettering and a central graphic panel printed with intricate black-and-white botanical line art. The structure rests on a raised, stepped podium in a neutral tone. The base is densely landscaped with a variety of seasonal flowers and foliage, while a suspended circular floral installation hangs above the left side to create visual depth. A minimalist column element provides an architectural accent on the right. The entire assembly is designed as a cohesive stage set for event photography and ceremonies.

The download is a 480 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Organised in SketchUp, this scene uses a logical layer structure for separating the floral components from the structural backdrop panels. Users can easily toggle the vegetation layers to manage viewport performance or replace specific flower clusters. The materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures; these can be mapped or adjusted within the material editor to refine the finish of the navy panels. The entire assembly is grouped as a single component for simple placement within larger event venue models or architectural site plans.

This backdrop is tailored for event planners, interior designers, and venue managers working on wedding ceremonies, galas, or high-end corporate celebrations. It serves as a focal point for stage design or photo-opportunity zones in hotel ballrooms, banquet halls, and outdoor marquee settings. Professionals can use this asset to quickly mock up ceremony layouts or provide clients with visualisations of event decor themes. It pairs effectively with modern furniture, ambient lighting fixtures, and custom signage to create a fully immersive, branded event environment.
