About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a natural wood work desk accompanied by a matching office chair and a floor lamp. The desk features a sleek, angular geometric base with a prominent cantilevered tabletop finished in a warm, natural wood grain. A small integrated drawer provides subtle storage beneath the main surface. The set includes a swivel office chair with a curved, wood-veneer shell and a light-toned fabric seat, supported by a slim metal base. Completing the composition is a minimalist, oversized floor lamp with a thin, arching stem and an elongated horizontal head, finished in a matte dark grey. The arrangement sits atop a textured, neutral-toned area rug.

The download is an 18.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy selection and manipulation. Users can apply custom material textures to the wood and fabric surfaces to match project-specific finishes. The lighting elements are positioned for optimal scene setup, though users should ensure that native light entities or proxy objects are correctly adjusted for their preferred render engine. The file is lightweight, making it suitable for quick integration into larger interior design layouts or architectural presentation models.

This workstation set is ideal for high-end home office interiors, executive suites, and corporate meeting rooms. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles and can be used to populate residential or professional workspace renders. Architects and interior designers often search for integrated furniture scenes to quickly stage office environments during the concept or development stages. The clean, modern aesthetic ensures it complements a variety of contemporary decor palettes, whether in a private study or an open-plan office setting.
