Contemporary Natural Wood Work Desk with Rattan Chair Set

This contemporary natural wood work desk and rattan chair set for 3ds Max provides a complete, stylish workspace solution for interior scenes. This workspace ensemble features a slim-profile rectangular desk with a natural wood finish, supported by slender, tapered legs and a horizontal cross-brace for stability. The surface incorporates integrated storage drawers for a clean aesthetic. The accompanying task chair blends mid-century influences with modern utility, showcasing a polished chrome five-star base with castors, wooden armrests, and a seat and backrest crafted from woven rattan mesh. The set includes curated desktop accessories such as a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a small decorative diffuser, ensuring a realistic and ready-to-populate setup for high-end interior visualisations.

The download is a 38.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection of the desk and chair as individual objects. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly placed at the base of the chair and the desk floor contact for seamless positioning within a scene. Materials are set up using standard texture mapping for the wood grain and rattan weave, which can be easily adjusted or replaced with custom PBR textures to suit specific lighting conditions or project requirements.
