About this asset

This contemporary double bed is a 3ds Max model featuring a natural wood frame with contrasting white storage panels and fabric headboard. This double bed features a clean-lined, platform-style frame constructed from natural wood veneer, accented by minimalist white drawer panels integrated into the base. The headboard is upholstered in a soft brown fabric, providing a warm tactile contrast to the timber. Included in the model are realistic bedding elements: a set of pillows in blue and neutral tones, a brown duvet, and a textured throw blanket draped over the foot of the bed. The proportions are balanced, making this unit suitable for modern bedroom interiors where functionality and streamlined design are required.

The download is a 43.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene and ensure the unit is correctly aligned with the floor plane. The textures are applied to separate material IDs, allowing for easy adjustment of the wood grain, fabric colours, or finish properties. Use the object layers to manage the bedding components independently, enabling you to toggle them off if you prefer to swap in custom bedding assets or populate the scene with different soft furnishings.

Ideal for residential master bedrooms or high-end hotel suites, this bed serves as a focal point in contemporary interior design schemes. It pairs well with minimalist bedside tables, soft area rugs, and warm ambient lighting. Professionals searching for a versatile double bed for architectural visualisation will find this asset useful for staging projects ranging from apartment renovations to boutique hospitality developments. The neutral palette ensures it complements various interior styles, including scandinavian and modern minimalist aesthetics, while providing a realistic sense of scale.
