Contemporary Natural Wood and Metal Dining Set

This contemporary 4-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a rectangular natural wood table, upholstered chairs, and glass pendant lights. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with a natural wood-grain top supported by a minimalist black metal frame. Four matching chairs feature curved, upholstered backrests and slender legs, finished in a muted brown tone. Completing the arrangement are three suspended pendant lights, each consisting of a cylindrical glass shade and a thin black cable. The ensemble provides a balanced, cohesive look suitable for modern interior compositions. The proportions are scaled for standard dining areas, maintaining a clean aesthetic through the combination of warm wood textures and industrial-inspired metal components.

The download is a 48.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 8 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type for efficient scene management. Users can easily adjust the materials on the table and chair surfaces using the slate material editor. The pendant lights are positioned as separate elements, allowing for individual height adjustments or varied light fixture layouts. When merging into a project, ensure the pivot points are set to the floor level for accurate placement. The geometry is clean, facilitating quick light baking or real-time previewing within complex interior scenes.
