About this asset

This contemporary 10-seater dining set, modelled for 3ds Max, features a round wood table with a rotating centre and upholstered chairs. This large-scale dining group comprises a circular table with a central integrated rotating lazy susan and ten matching chairs. The table features a light natural wood finish with a contrasting dark circular inlay surrounding the central disc. Each chair is constructed with a curved timber frame that wraps around the back, providing structural support and armrests. The seats are upholstered in a textured grey fabric. The chairs are finished with subtle metallic-tipped legs, echoing the clean, functional aesthetic typical of modern dining furniture designed for social, large-group gatherings.

The download is a 7.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 11 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a cohesive group, allowing for efficient placement within an interior scene. The chairs are instances of a single object, simplifying modifications to the material or geometry across the entire set. Users should verify the pivot points for the lazy susan if animation is required. Ensure the material library is mapped correctly upon merging, and adjust the lighting to highlight the wood grain and fabric texture for optimal visual output in your final render.

This dining set is ideal for large residential dining rooms, hotel banquet areas, or sophisticated restaurant interiors where a communal dining experience is required. Its circular configuration facilitates conversation, making it a functional choice for open-plan living spaces or dedicated formal dining rooms. Professionals searching for a 'large round dining table' or '10-person dining group' will find this model suitable for high-end hospitality projects, luxury residential developments, or commercial office breakout areas that require a professional yet welcoming aesthetic.
