About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max work desk set features a wall-mounted unit with a pegboard back panel and a matching grey velvet stool. This compact workstation comprises a floating, wall-mounted desk with a dual-colour aesthetic, featuring a grey top surface and pink drawer fronts. Above the desk sits a light-toned wooden pegboard system, equipped with a small floating shelf, a metal wire basket, and an additional storage rack. The set includes a circular, upholstered stool in a textured grey fabric with vertical stitch detailing. The entire assembly is presented with curated desktop accessories, including a laptop, a small potted plant, and decorative boxes, creating a cohesive, modern workspace solution for limited-footprint interiors.

The download is a 19.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the desk, pegboard, and stool components. Users can map custom textures to the wood and fabric surfaces or swap the decorative items to suit specific project requirements. The wall-mounted desk unit is modelled with a clean pivot point for precise placement against vertical surfaces. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the material contrast between the matte desk surface and the soft fabric upholstery of the stool.

Ideal for residential home offices, compact apartment bedrooms, or small-scale study nooks, this workstation provides a functional yet stylish solution for remote work or creative tasks. Its vertical storage pegboard is particularly useful in architectural visualisations for kids' rooms or student accommodation, where floor space is at a premium. Designers can pair this set with neutral wall finishes to let the soft pink and grey palette stand out, or integrate it into a minimalist interior scheme to add a touch of subtle colour.
