About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a natural wood table paired with six beige upholstered dining chairs. The set comprises a rectangular dining table constructed from light-toned timber, featuring a planked tabletop surface and a sturdy frame with a central support stretcher. Accompanying the table are six dining chairs, each showcasing a curved, semi-enclosed backrest that flows into short armrests. These chairs are upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, supported by slender wooden legs that match the table's finish. The ensemble includes integrated tabletop decor such as ceramic plates, glasses, and a decorative vase, providing a complete, ready-to-render dining arrangement for interior visualisations.

The download is a 9.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max asset into a project, maintain the layer hierarchy to keep the table and chairs organized as separate entities. Use the align tool to position the chairs precisely around the table geometry. Apply or adjust the material shaders within the material editor to match your scene's lighting conditions, ensuring proper UV mapping for the wood grain textures. Since this is a set, consider grouping the objects to simplify scene management while populating larger dining room or restaurant layouts.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, open-plan kitchen areas, and hospitality projects such as boutique hotels or contemporary cafes, this set provides a cohesive look for high-end interior design schemes. It pairs effectively with minimalist or scandinavian-inspired interiors where natural materials and neutral palettes are preferred. Professionals searching for a complete dining solution will find this asset versatile for both photorealistic architectural visualisations and interior design presentations, particularly when creating warm, inviting communal spaces that require a balanced, functional aesthetic.
