About this asset

This contemporary 4-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a light wood rectangular table paired with mustard fabric-upholstered chairs. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with tapered legs and four matching chairs, all finished in a light, natural wood tone. The chairs feature a distinct mid-century inspired silhouette with curved, upholstered backrests and rounded seats finished in a textured mustard fabric. The table maintains a clean, minimalist profile with squared edges and a uniform grain pattern. Included in the set are small decorative accessories, such as a white vase with flowers and tabletop place settings, adding a sense of scale and realism to the composition for immediate scene integration.

The download is a 37 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is structured for efficiency in 3ds Max, with objects grouped logically by component to facilitate easy selection and material assignment. Users should check the pivot points for the chairs to ensure correct placement on floor surfaces. Textures are mapped to reflect the natural wood grain and fabric weave, which can be adjusted via the material editor to suit specific lighting conditions. The set is ready to be merged into larger interior scenes as a primary focal point for dining areas.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, open-plan kitchen areas, or boutique cafe interiors, this set brings warmth and a contemporary aesthetic to any project. It pairs well with neutral palettes, light timber flooring, or soft interior lighting to enhance its natural texture. Designers looking for a versatile piece for mid-century or modern-themed visualisations will find this set easy to scale and place.
