About this asset

This SketchUp set features four distinct contemporary sofas accompanied by occasional tables and floor poufs for interior layouts. This diverse collection includes four unique sofa designs, ranging from a curved, deep-buttoned tufted piece to sleek, structured frames with exposed black timber or metal detailing. The upholstery consists of neutral-toned fabrics, accented by a variety of throw cushions in shades of teal, charcoal, and patterned textiles. The set is rounded out by a fluted cylindrical coffee table, a sculptural pedestal bowl with floral arrangements, and two soft-form floor poufs. Each piece is designed with clean lines and balanced proportions, suitable for a wide range of modern interior styling requirements.

The download is a 133 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating these models into a SketchUp project, use the component browser to import the desired seat style. The collection is organised into distinct groups, allowing for easy selection and placement within your scene. Apply custom textures or materials to the fabric surfaces to match project-specific finishes. Ensure the axes are correctly aligned to the floor plane for efficient snapping against walls or rugs, and utilise the native scaling tools to adjust the overall footprint to fit your specific room dimensions.

These versatile seating assets are ideal for populating high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or contemporary apartment staging. They pair naturally with minimalist shelving units, area rugs, and statement coffee tables. Architects and interior designers will find this collection useful for quick visualisations or detailed interior design packages. Search for these assets when sourcing high-quality, varied seating options that offer a cohesive aesthetic for open-plan living areas, lounge zones, or sophisticated residential reception spaces during the concept and development stages.
