About this asset

This contemporary mint green fabric sectional sofa SketchUp scene includes a matching coffee table, area rug, wall art, and light. This sectional sofa features a low-profile, modular design upholstered in a textured mint green fabric. The configuration includes a main seating section paired with a right-hand chaise lounge, providing a clean, linear aesthetic. The set is accessorised with a collection of square scatter cushions in neutral beige and charcoal grey tones. A circular, dark-framed coffee table sits on a low-pile, grey-toned area rug. The scene is completed by a minimalist two-tier ring pendant light and a vertical, landscape-themed framed print, creating a balanced and cohesive living room arrangement for immediate interior visualisation.

The download is a 27.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can scale the individual components or swap the fabric textures using the material editor to suit specific project colour palettes. The lighting and artwork are separate entities, allowing for quick extraction if only the seating is required. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to maintain scene clean-up, and check the component axes before integrating into larger residential floor plans for accurate placement.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set works well in contemporary apartments or modern family homes. It provides a quick solution for staging open-plan lounge areas where a cohesive, ready-made look is required. Designers often search for modular seating arrangements to demonstrate spatial flow and comfort. This model pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and natural wood flooring, making it a versatile asset for rapid concept development or high-quality presentation renders in professional interior design and architectural practices.
