The download is a 57.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy scene placement. Users should check the pivot points for the table and seating to ensure correct alignment on the floor plane. The leather and marble materials are mapped with appropriate textures, which can be adjusted via the material editor to suit specific lighting conditions. Scaling should be verified against standard dining heights to maintain ergonomic accuracy when integrating this set into larger architectural visualisations or interior design projects.
