Contemporary Black and Wood Dining Set

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a sleek black table paired with six upholstered chairs in wood and textured fabric. The dining set comprises a long, rectangular table with a solid black top and sculptural, substantial base elements. Accompanying the table are six dining chairs, each featuring a warm-toned wood outer shell that contrasts with the black metal legs. The seat and backrest are upholstered in a light grey, textured bouclé-style fabric, providing a tactile finish. The chairs are designed with a low-profile backrest, maintaining a clean, minimalist silhouette that works well in open-plan living environments. The overall aesthetic is one of refined, material-focused design, suitable for high-end residential or boutique hospitality interiors.

The download is a 39.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the table and individual chair components. Users should apply subdivision modifiers where necessary to smooth the curves of the chair shells. Materials are mapped with standard texture coordinates, making it straightforward to adjust the wood grain or fabric scale. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient performance when populating larger dining room scenes. Use the provided pivot points to quickly place and rotate the chairs around the table surface.
