Contemporary Living Room Sofa and Lounge Seating Collection

This comprehensive SketchUp model collection features twenty contemporary sofa and lounge seating arrangements for residential interior design. This extensive asset library provides a diverse range of modular sectionals, L-shaped sofas, and paired lounge seating configurations. Each model is rendered with realistic upholstery textures, varying from neutral beige and grey fabrics to structured wood-framed designs. The collection includes integrated accessories such as coffee tables, side tables, and occasional ottomans, allowing for complete living room compositions. The proportions are balanced for standard residential use, with clean lines and modern silhouettes that suit various interior styles. The set encompasses both compact two-seater configurations and expansive modular layouts to accommodate different floor plan requirements.

The download is a 280 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 20 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, these models are organised as individual components, allowing for efficient placement and scaling within your project files. Users can easily swap materials by editing the native textures or applying new ones through the material editor. The high-quality geometry is suitable for architectural visualisation, providing enough detail for mid-range interior shots while maintaining manageable file sizes. Ensure you use the outliner to manage layers and visibility when importing multiple sofa configurations into a single large-scale residential model.
