The download is a 51.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can easily integrate these assets into SketchUp projects by importing the file as a component library. The items are organised for efficient placement within floor plans; each piece can be adjusted or ungrouped to suit specific spatial requirements. Professionals should utilise the native layer system to manage visibility and apply custom materials or textures to the geometry. Lighting can be refined using standard SketchUp tools or external plugins to achieve the desired atmosphere for architectural visualisations and interior design presentations.
