About this asset

This comprehensive contemporary living room furniture collection for SketchUp features assorted sofas, armchairs, and marble-topped coffee tables. This curated set comprises diverse seating and table options designed for versatile interior layouts. The collection includes L-shaped modular sofas, upholstered armchairs, and various coffee tables with marble surfaces and slim metal or wooden bases. The seating is presented in neutral grey and bold blue fabric finishes, complemented by clean, geometric silhouettes that emphasize comfort and modern proportions. Each piece is modeled with attention to structural detail, including refined leg profiles and soft cushion textures, providing a complete range of assets for building out fully furnished, cohesive living room environments.

The download is a 72 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 12 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

These assets are organized to facilitate quick drag-and-drop placement within SketchUp environments. Users can easily scale individual components or modify material assignments using the standard paint bucket tool to match specific project palettes. Because the models are grouped logically, they can be nested into components or converted into proxies for larger scenes, ensuring optimal viewport performance while maintaining visual fidelity during render setup and material mapping.

Ideal for residential interior design, staging, and high-end hospitality projects, this collection integrates seamlessly into lounge areas, open-plan living spaces, or hotel lobbies. The variety of pieces allows for flexible configuration, making them suitable for both compact apartment layouts and expansive seating arrangements. Professionals can search for these items when looking to populate contemporary living rooms, create custom furniture groupings, or add high-quality, realistic detail to architectural visualisations and client presentations.
