About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a double bed with a tall, channel-tufted light blue fabric headboard and a matching frame. The bed features a substantial, floor-standing headboard detailed with vertical channel tufting, finished in a soft, light blue upholstery. The frame is fully upholstered in the same textile, creating a cohesive, monolithic appearance. The bedding set includes a dark, textured quilt, several white pillows, and two smaller decorative cushions with a subtle checkered pattern. The proportions are generous, suggesting a standard double or queen size, suitable for a master suite. The overall aesthetic is clean and modern, relying on the tactile quality of the fabric and the rhythmic vertical lines of the headboard.

The download is a 19 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this file is best utilised by merging the asset into your main scene file. Ensure all textures are correctly mapped by checking the material editor paths after import. The objects are typically grouped for easy scaling and positioning within a bedroom layout. For high-quality visualisations, adjust the fabric shader parameters to suit your scene lighting, and consider adding a target light or area light to accentuate the depth of the channel tufting on the headboard.

This bed is ideal for residential master bedrooms, luxury hotel suites, or high-end apartment interior visualisations. Its neutral yet distinct colour palette pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor, such as bedside tables in dark wood or metal, and textured rugs.
